I love brains and neuroscience. So when I discovered the Brain Foundation, I was happy to provide low cost and pro bono services to help promote their work and cause. I’ve run several PR campaigns for the Brain Foundation, including developing and executing the media strategy for two of their annual events: Brain Awareness Week and Headache Week. Both have resulted in good media coverage. Headache Week 2013, for example, received 26 pieces of media coverage including on Seven News, Nine News and Ten News. Last year, I secured Todd Sampson, from The Gruen Transfer and Redesign Your Brain, as a pro bono Brain Awareness Week ambassador.
